• 05/22/2016, 0:00:00 AM I was recently in Kauai and used the coffee supplied by the Marriott which was excellent. Which of your coffees on your website is the same as the coffee we used in the Marriott? It was labeled Kauai Coffee Single Origin , Estate Grown, Estate Roasted regular 4-cup filter pack.
07/21/2016, 0:00:00 AM Sorry for the delay. Our 100% Regular Medium Roast coffees would be the closest to the coffee that you had at the Marriott
• 03/06/2016, 0:00:00 AM Is there a way to order Medium Roast as whole beans instead of ground? we have an espresso machine that only takes whole beans, and we love this coffee. Thanks.
03/08/2016, 0:00:00 AM We have the whole bean medium roast in both the 24oz and 5lb bags.
• 05/21/2015, 0:00:00 AM Have you considered selling your coffees (other than the single serves) in more compostable packaging?
06/19/2015, 0:00:00 AM Yes we are always looking at more sustainable means for packaging our coffee. To date, we have found that our current packaging offers the greatest benefit of protecting our coffee and preserving freshness balanced w/ environmental impact. We have not found a better alternative that provides enough protection and would classify as compostable. Additionally, most (if not all) compost manufacturers will not accept any type of bag (even if it claims to be compostable) because it is impossible for them to tell which bags will compost vs. those that will not. If any consumer has any suggestions, then we will happily look into them further as options. For now, we will continue to work w/ our vendor partners and challenge them to come up w/ packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible. We will also continue to review advances in compostability, bio-materials and readily renewable resources as a means to continuously improve our product packaging moving forward.
