The Banana Mac Nut Pancakes were great! Especially for just adding water. I added fresh bananas and some Mac nuts from MacFarms to make it a truly Banana Mac Nut Pancake breakfast! And washed it down with some Kauai coffee. What a great start for my day off work.

These are a family favorite when we want to bring a bit of aloha to the breakfast table on Sunday mornings. The chocolate flavor combined withacadamia gives the perfect Hawaiian flavor.
