Dear Kauai Coffee:<br />

We purchased one of your I'iwi Bird Mugs several years ago. Unfortunately, the colors on the I'iwi bird have faded almost completely. Any chance we can return it for a replacement? If not, would a discount on a replacement be available?<br />
<br />
For your reference, a second mug we purchased on our last trip to Kauai has maintained its bright and vibrant colors despite countless washings in the upper rack of the dishwasher.<br />
