We love this blend - it has become our favorite Kauai coffee. We order it periodically in addition to our regular Club coffees and save it for special occasions.

11/23/2014, 0:00:00 AM As a whole, our coffees is low in acidity. However, don't confuse the acidity level to the pH levels of acidity. Acidity is needed for coffee as this is the "brightness" of the coffees.
• 06/27/2013, 0:00:00 AM Greetings, Some months ago I purchased a Kauai Coffee Company 100% Hawaiian coffee titled " Bold Single Estate" with the undernote "ground dark roast". Could you please suggest the coffee I should order to come closest to this ? On my last bag of this wondrous stuff and cannot stand the thought of not having it any more. Thanks for your time.
