If you like a darker roast this one is for you. I like all of the state reserves but this one is my favorite. Works well in my all in one. Makes great cappuccino as well.

I have been drinking coffee every day for almost 50 years (preferring dark roast) and consider this the most flavorful I can get.
I had been treated to a Hawaiian blend long ago and remembered it fondly so when my local market started to carry this under the Koloa Estate name I tried it. Now it is my "go to" blend for week ends, after supper with cordials and special occasions.
I suggest a coffee press and honey to sweeten. Try to find Orange blossom honey for a REAL treat.

I'm hooked on Kalaheo Estate.
A co-worker returned from vacation in kauai, with a small bag of Kalaheo Estate.
Brewed 30grams coffee grounds in 12 cup auto drip.
Poured a cup with some hazelnut creamer.
From the first try this is some amazing tasting coffee. The Kaleheo estate enhanced the flavor of the Hazelnut creamer.
Also use Macadamia nut flavored creamer. The Macadamia nut flavor was also greatly enhanced.
I'm very grateful this coffee is available for purchase online, and shipped to my home.

11/23/2014, 0:00:00 AM As a whole, our coffees is low in acidity. However, don't confuse the acidity level to the pH levels of acidity. Acidity is needed for coffee as this is the "brightness" of the coffees.
