Kauai Coffee uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for its shipments. If you have a street address that the USPS does not deliver to, make sure to include your P.O. Box. If a shipment is returned to us because you provided a shipping address that USPS does not deliver to, you will incur the additional shipping charge for us to send it to your correct address.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way – if it arrives damaged or if it’s lost in transit, etc. – we will replace the shipment or refund your purchase. Due to our Food Safety Protocols, coffee and food products cannot be returned to us, but please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will replace or refund your account for any dissatisfaction related to those items.
